Dr. Jude Eichman, DC and Dr. Jennifer Eichman, DC opened The Center for Family Chiropractic Care PLLC in Winona, MN in 2004. The goal was a business where patient care came first. Where patients feel as if they are family, and where through chiropractic care they can achieve the health and wellness they desire in a caring and compassionate environment.
Dr. Jude Eichman, DC is a graduate of Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, MN. Before chiropractic school, Dr. Jude graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Winona State University. He grew up on a farm in the Winona area and went to Winona Senior High School. He continues to work the farm with his father. Together they raise Angus cattle and chickens. They also have a large garden, orchard and honeybees. He has rebuilt motors, restored vehicles. In addition to being the farm mechanic, he fabricates tools and equipment used on the farm. He enjoys all aspects of construction from footings to roofing. Since childhood, he has always helped with butchering and meat processing. He heats his home with wood. He also helps with logging and sawing timber with the family saw mill. Most importantly, however, he is a father and looks for opportunities to do things with his children-reading, computers, swimming, hunting, and fishing-and chores around the farm. Nevertheless, he stays up to date with the chiropractic profession with annual continuing education and training.
Dr. Jennifer Eichman, DC is a graduate of Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington MN. Before chiropractic school, Dr. Jennifer graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science from Winona State University. She grew up in West Salem WI and went to West Salem High School. She is a true academic with an intense desire to understand exactly what something is. This has served her well in her training and in her professional life. Since she was a young girl, on a farm, she has always had horses. She loves working with them, riding them, and caring for them-including being trained as a hoof farrier. However, now that she is a full time mother the horse activity needed to be put on hold. In addition to her professional life, she also has a full time traditional life—cooking, cleaning, laundry, sick kids etc., as well as gardening, canning and helping with the family chores and the meat processing. Nevertheless, she is an avid near daily walker—minimum of two miles a day. When the weather is bad, she regularly works out with indoor equipment. She enjoys hunting and fishing, but her passion is hiking, walking and running. Most importantly, is her time with her children, caring for them, read to them, and insisting that they keep up with music training, etc. Passing on her love and care for animals is one her most precious gifts to her children.
